Lex Futura is happy to announce that, as of 1 October 2019, Nino Sievi will join our firm as a partner. With his many years of experience in litigating before state courts and arbitral tribunals, he ideally complements our team. With his international profile he will be able to advise and represent our clients in cross-border cases as well.

Nino Sievi studied law at the University of Fribourg and at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies in London. He later completed his education with a PhD in international procedural law and a master's degree at Cambridge University (specialising in international law).

Nino was admitted to the bar in 2014 and has since worked as a lawyer for a renowned international law firm in Zurich. During this time he represented domestic and foreign companies before Swiss courts (in particular Zurich Commercial Court and Federal Court) and arbitral tribunals. As a certified commercial mediator, he also regularly advised clients on the out-of-court resolution of their disputes. In order to live up to the increasing internationality of his cases, Nino also passed the bar exam in Germany and England during this time.

We look forward to working with Nino. He is fully committed to the values of Lex Futura: efficiency, digitization and teamwork.

In addition to welcoming Nino in our team, we also open our new offices in Zurich and are looking forward to expanding our reach into the Zurich area.
