Anina is the ideal lawyer for clients who want to be legally protected and at the same time receive practical advice. Her focus is on new technologies, software and other legal issues of innovative growth companies. Anina also has extensive experience in the area of compliance.
Before joining Lex Futura, Anina worked for several years in a legal in-house position of a research institute of the ETH domain in Zurich, where she was able to combine her legal expertise with her enthusiasm for innovation. She is well versed in the areas of technology transfer, licensing agreements, software protection and founding of spin-offs. Furthermore, Anina has broad experience in the area of compliance, e.g. through the management of an internal ethics committee. Due to her close cooperation with industrial and service companies, Anina knows about the practical problems in everyday business. She always likes to look beyond the legal horizon in order to be able to advise companies in the best possible way.
Thanks to her doctorate in "Intellectual Property" (IP) at the University of St. Gallen and her work as an IP lawyer at Baker McKenzie Zurich, Anina is a well-founded expert in patent, trademark, copyright and design law. She began her legal career by studying law at the University of Zurich, followed by an internship in a large commercial law firm and her admission to the bar in Zurich.
Anina likes to spend her free time on the tennis and golf courts or in the mountains of the Engadine. She also volunteers for various clubs and projects in the field of sports.
