Lex Futura gives presentation on impact of Brexit at AIDA Europe Conference in Lisbon

Our partner, Nino Sievi, spoke about the impact of Brexit on dispute resolution at the AIDA Europe Conference (International Insurance Law Association) in Lisbon. He elaborated on the effects of Brexit in relation to the enforcement of judgments as well as in relation to arbitration. Further, he explained which steps companies should take in order to ensure the enforceability of their contracts post-Brexit. .
